Such a cute epi. Loved Ashdeeps portrayal of being all star struck, especially RD. He was fabulous with his expressions.👏

Samaina standing behind Lakshman Rekha set by Anant Mahadevan’s assistant till topper Naina realises that it’s their home, they are free to roam around.

Samaina are in awe of the model and ask for pictures. Loved how Kanji is treating Samaina as stars and carrying a big umbrella around them and boosting Sameers confidence that he is no less than a hero with Naina echoing the thought.

Poor Samaina are fooled by the second/third assistant that he is the second lead of the ad, except like fandom, the assistant also is smitten by RDs hands 😉and only his hands will be used in the frame. So if Aamir, Shahrukh and Salman are put in a mixer grinder, the end result will be our Ahmedabad’s Tom cruise or so the third assistant claims. Samaina are practising cheers and finally the shot. Even Anant Mahadevan appreciates our hero’s looks and charm and in the passing mentions that he must be in touch if he visits Mumbai. Our gullible and naive Samaina think he meant it and are already seeing Bombay dreams.

Night scene was so cute with Sam combing his hair and fishing for compliments when Naina remarks that everyone noticed him instead of the model. Naina was so cute here. For her no Salman, Aamir or Shahrukh stand a chance in front of her Sameer. He is and always will be her eternal hero.😳

Samaina want to go to Mumbai and discuss the same with Mundit in the morning who are reluctant at first but eventually give in and agree to support him. It was so sad to see Samundit hug. I want them to do a proper Ahmedabad nostalgia fb and one especially on Samundit.

Samaina finally discuss with Rakesh and CC. Understandably, all are against it. This will be a scary proposition to any parents. All the more from a small city to the big bad world of Bollywood. But Samaina are convinced and have decided. Am feeling like the protective parent right now. Our Samaina are so naive, vulnerable, gullible.

But this is a sad reality, thousands of Bollywood aspirants come to the city on a daily basis, only to face rejection and struggle. My heart goes out to all such youngsters because a very few lucky ones only strike gold.

Cute precap : Karwa chauth and Naina reluctant to touch Sameer’s feet. Had déjà vu moment here. My first karva chauth, I had to touch my husband’s feet. And we were friends before we dated and got married, so this touching feet was so not fitting in and my husband like Sameer was having a gala time teasing me with the pair chuo. 😆😆Well I didn’t pinch him but didn’t touch his feet either. Just waited for my MIL to turn her back.😉

what you say is so true - Samaina being naive, vulnerable, gullible. Actually just like 2Cs and Rakesh, am also so scared and apprehensive for them!! and for all the youngsters who land in Mumbai with such dreams..

The entire sequence of the ad shoot, Samaina's first hand experience, Kanji was so well done. Ashi and Randeep as the nervous, wide eyed, excited youngsters were fab!!👍🏼

Before they leave for Mumbai, will Samaina get to know that only Sameer's hand will be shown in the ad?? Along with Samaina, looks like FD will need to brace up for more heartbreaks and pain...

Lovely post. Episode was good.. Nadaan Samaina and the feeling of protective parent is true - anticipating the struggle and heartbreaks. Especially seeing the other movies/serials etc where they show brutal rejections on struggling actors. Not sure how we will be see those scenes for Samaina. But knowing that they are super successful in the end helps -- to get the strength to see this. 😃

Samundit scene was so love.. ❤️. Munna dressing sense have grown in leaps and bounds, Rewa Effect ... Thank god... Pandit's million dollar question on how do they survive without them in Ahd brought tears to eyes. The Bacchas have grown up and stepping into the new phase of their journey. Hope that the gang meet in frequent intervals. Precap was funny.. looking forward to see how it plays out..

Lovely update, the episode was good and loved to see the excited Samaina. and the nervousness seeing the actor and asking for a photo, here Mr Khalid as a celebrity portrayed well and also the attitude. I really was annoyed with he Assistant to tell lies to these kids for saying he will the second lead, he should have told the truth , but thats life to achieve something one must lie at times.

Our Kanji is so cute walking with an umbrella behind sameer and naina. i hope they take him to bombay, they will need a person like him, or i will miss Kanji. Also i hope Munna and Pandit also goes to Bombay after few days, as samaina will be all alone and they will be facing so many new challenges. also Naina supporting Sameer was so sweet she was genuinely happy .

in the night scene they showed Naina reading a book so is she side by side pursuing her CA, hope she does it. Naina is Sameers fan girl, and hope it remains the same always.

Bombay life is really going to be a big big reality check for them. and as you rightly said in bollywood its just few who get lucky. and i really hope both these kids get luck, since day one both are struggling in life.

Your personal experience about karwachouth is very funny. Haha very similarities between Samaina and you guys. The precap is very cute and can’t wait to see it.

Lot of the things that were shown was very realistic in the episode. The new actors/models are lured into showbiz with false hopes & promise and realize what they actually get is starkly different in reality. Just one stint in front the camera to escalate Sameer’s dream to get into showbiz was not very convincing for me. However, given his gullible personality, Sameer getting starry eyed so easily made at least some sense to me. However, given Naina’s practical &smarter approach to life, I expected Naina not to be so readily sold to the idea of going to Bombay. I guess CVs are trying to show, Naina is also naïve inwardly regardless of how her portrayal is.

Pandit had all my sympathies today. Poor thing –how hard must it be for him to be the last man standing as a single unwed guy in the circle of friends. Now that his besties have married and have shifted priorities elsewhere, he must now learn to cope with the fact that he is the odd man out in the group.

There is one good thing about being young. Youth exudes some sort of adrenaline that propels young adults like Sameer to take risk in life, even though it means venturing into unfamiliar territory. Exact opposite are the elder members of Agrawal family who think would rather see Sameer settling into a more predictable career and play it safe than venture out to take risks in life.

I am not particularly fond of Agrawal family too worried about Sameer too much because firstly Sameer is no pauper and secondly they seem to have no concern whatsoever about their own topper daughter’s career. All the time they are cribbing Sameer to become insurance agent, they could have also asked their daughter to find some career paths too. That is how secondary women’s career is to lot of people. Even with her academic excellence, not only her family but neither Naina herself does not think too much about her career, nor is Sameer encouraging her to get one (who actually dreams of make her non-working Rani for rest of her life). Lot of fans seem happy that Naina has put her career at the back burner to let Sameer focus on his but isn’t that what most normal women do? First they put their careers on halt to launch husband’s career, than they again put it on hold to rear the kids, then they put it on hold to take care of aging/ailing parents & in-laws. For me what Naina is doing is not ultimate sacrifice of love but what most women are conditioned to do in our society– that is put your husband’s career first.

Overall the episode was nice and as always, your summary was even better.

Yes Ashdeep portrayed it so well. Kanji was adorable 😊 I don’t think they will get to know about the hand till they reach Mumbai. Mumbai is going to be tough but they will learn their lessons. Sometimes the hardest lessons in life are the biggest.

Yes Munna is all suited booted now.😊 Cute. In real life too priorities change post marriage but close friends like Samundit will remain for life. I remember Sam’s VO when he moves to Delhi and is talking about present day Samundit , he says , “ jadhen aaj bhi humari ek hain bas shakhayen alag alag dishaon mein Phail gayi hain”. So true, you are rooted with your close friends but we have all branched out in Different directions.

Maybe, but I believe, the CA preparation is on hold.yeah, Naina is Sameers biggest fan girl but still she doesn’t want to be intimate with him😉
