I think he has forgiven her by his looks I judged that from today's episode, also according to segments he doesn't know how to react to happy's pleads to forgive him because he is going through so much pain that he cannot believe that now everything is finally getting on the right track, that is a very natural reaction I believe, also he does want to hug happy back but he's not doing it because of these overwhelming emotions, the pain of his momsy suffering, smiley too since the criminal was never punished and he also cannot believe that happy is with him.
