For those of you who know me, I am an ardent admirer of a brave, generous, kind hearted little girl, my choti Mishti. She had loads of self respect for a 4 footer, much more than any of her parents had. I saw the glimpses of choti Mishti today. I am happy.

Episode started off with Pari, Arnav's conversation for a party. Ruhaan meanwhile found out that Mishti came instead of Pari. Toh uska jaan nikal gayi. The expressions of Ruhaan were on the mark. His monologue of I wish I knew you were coming, I would have left everything to be with you. I would have been there with you to share the difficulties, is heart warming. Contrast this to something else we heard a few days ago, girls " I don't have time, I am sorry I came for a photo shoot". I won't say anything else.....

Mishti ran like wind, this actress is quite fit. On the other hand, I can't say the same thing about the actor playing Ruhaan. He needs to shape up it looks like, he was huffing and puffing just getting down the incline. We can give some leeway for his anxiety, but still. Sorry, need to bear with my idiosyncracies...... . Another idiosyncracy of mine, the cell phones need to be banned from use when there is an urgency such as this, why do they keep stopping and trying to find signal and all? Isn't that waste of precious minutes? Total nut cases. Choti Mishti surfaced today with fighting for what is hers ( she refused to part with her purse or car keys ). I am sorry, I couldn't help laughing, really girl, the purse and keys were important at that moment. Cheesy how Ruhaan got a roadmap of her whereabouts. But who said cheesy is always bad? Sometimes I like cheesy. I loved cheesy today.

Another glimpse of choti Mishti, helping the mother with a small child, really nice touch on the part of the writers. That little girl I loved, didn't need to be reminded by anybody nor did she need prompting to help people. Nice that they carried it forward. ( I am missing my emogis badly ). This is the young woman her popsie envisioned for her to grow upto during the engagement episode. His exact words, kind, intelligent and perfect young woman. The cruel writers killed her father never to be able to see her grow up. The actor portraying Ruhaan has a really nice voice, the depth with which he called out for Mishti ( just too many times ) reverberating the jungle was like music today. I liked it.

The chase was long. I didn't like how it ended, they threw kerosene at her. Liked the precap too. Can this girl return home a girl with a clear mind, please? I thought I would watch and write today, as I have a busy and long day tomorrow. Have a great day, girls !!!

Good episode! Watch it.

True they are maintaining the essence of choti mishti in season 2 also, both are same and their values , nature, stubborn behaviour, crying without revealing their fears to others, strong opinions , so many things are matching and I can easily connect with season 2 mishti because sometimes I'm feeling expressions of both mishtis are same

A good episode after a long time.....

I like how Ruhaan was worried for pari....it is one of his good quality....he cares for everyone...

Mishti was the star of today's episode....it was great how Mishti saved the women and her child but somewhere I felt why this ladies always fall into trouble saving others...the chasing scene was good...teju was brilliant.....

The goons were also good...but how did he get the kerosene bottle from nowhere..

Anamika, not sure if you are planning on watching the whole post leap season 1 or not. But, I would highly recommend the 2 engagement episodes for. And tell me if you won't cry your heart out after that ! I am almost certain there wouldn't have been a dry eye on that entire set that day while they were shooting it. I wouldn't miss any of the Mishti, Popsie interactions, as well. They were simply too precious!

Havn't planned to watch whole of post leap, but some of Mishti's scenes especially with Ishaan (based on a friends suggestion). I am yet to watch the engagement episodes. I am sure episodes r filled with emotions as u mentioned. will definitely give it a try. Thanks for the suggestion..

Wish we could see Mishti remembering her parents in s2 too.
