Who is this guy I have never seen him in Dil hi toh hai ,a lot of articles are written on him tagging Dil hi toh hai as long as I remember he was never part of Dil hi toh hai I searched in his wiki they mentioned Dil hi toh hai with Arjun name of the character when I went to Dil hi toh hai wiki they don't have his mention in character or cast list ????
