This is mostly based off of a popular Jodi coming off a highly successful movie (YJHD and Badrinath). I think expectations were high on both and both failed at the box office.

I think some people really ended up liking Tamasha and maybe in the future we will find some people really like Kalank.

Haven't seen Kalank - and going by the reports around here I guess I will see it on a site or another to make my mind up.

As for Tamasha- srsly dissapointing. I liked DP and RK in YJHD but this - like JHMS- seemed Imtiaz was just looking for a paid holiday.. Very.. off at the seams. Deepika was great in first part.. Ranbir was the usual manchild but hey it wasn't bad in first half... second part was disjointed IMHO.

Also: Tamasha changed my mind on Imtiaz.. though he's good until then ( seen this online too, as I started looking into Indian movies after Bajirao- so not sure if cinema experience made it better.).

So.. can I say Tamasha for now and be allowed to change my mind once I see what Alia and Varun have done in Kalank?
