They know it alright but the problem is they don't think it is necessary in the show. They think we will not mind between Fashion Vs Chef Rules.

I find it hilarious people need to.pick apart silly details

The show is amazing..great actors and storylines..and relatable
So just enjoy the show and stop nitpicking

True! But still the wrong msg, not that hygiene is a priority in a soap!

Show is still not quite won my heart, like it and love hanuman jealous of vikas/meeta seeing ashok and lovely true colours!
