Then what was Ben Kingsley? He played as a white man many times too yet he's half Indian. And even Naomi Scott who is playing Jasmine, is half Indian but she's also done white roles.

Both Ben Kingsley and Naomi Scott went through ROUNDS and ROUNDS of auditions for the role.They didn't JUST GO In and DEMAND the role or blackmailed the director through KJo- that bit will never work on GOOD roles in HW.

Imagine Alia trying and finding she needs to audition- someone please post what KJo called her grand (and only)' audition' 🤣
