The makers and the audience said it makes a helluva difference whether you watched it in 3d or not. This film was shot with entirely 3d camera. Perhaps that played a factor in your viewpoint?

@bold : This is not true... I was associated with the first vfx studio, briefly, and the makers didnt pay them on time... how do you think the studio will keep working without payment ? We are artist are not doing charity work, you know...every month our payments would delay for more then 15-20 days cause the client wouldn't clear pending bills for past 4-6 months...

Edited :

Also they kept asking for changes at the last moment, without caring that we need time to work on the changes... plus payment for original work was not coming, with no promises with payment for the changes... I dont think anyone would want to work that way...

Heard the same. When they managed to redo w payment for what they envisioned, wonder what went wrong with the 1st.

As for OT: Baradwaj Rangan said it makes a huge difference watching it in 3D and without.

All formats, Robot 2.0 is the 3rd highest grossing Indian movie ever after the two Bahubali movies.

As for the VFX, it's the best for any Indian movie. You have to experience it on 3D. It's world class.
