Haven't watched the episode yet but what you said is true Abide. You have to taste failure then only you will be able to work for success and later on value that success. Mama is thinking that by behaving like this Sameer will run away from office because he knows only that Sameer who tries to run away from problems and who is a rich spoiled brat and always enjoys spending money like anything. Another misunderstanding that Mama is having is regarding Naina. He thinks that she will go away from his life if there is no money. What he failed is to recognize Naina's Sameer who go the will power and smartness to get the things done even in the most unfavorable situation. After seeing precap I think those incidents will make Sameer understand the value of money and necessity of spending in control. So unknowingly Mama mami's actions are making both them and their relationship stronger.
