At least Zain' s ishqbaaz role made me a little curious but this show has failed to do that too.
I am yet to understand why zain took up this show. This entire show from promos to articles all seem to be about shrenu, not that i don't like shrenu, but when zain's name was the first actor to be mentioned when the show was first announced before getting its official name, I thought zain would be the lead with substantial role, but here shrenu is the only one being promoted and she will be playing his bhabhi, not his wife, so I don't get what his role will be. Seems like this show will be true to the tamil original where everyone except the evil bahu will be show pieces, so shrenu's role alone will receive notice, so in that case I do not for the life of me understand why on earth zain agreed.
In nazar they did the same thing where only mohana was promoted in the promos and articles also promoted mohana constantly as the negative lead, but in the show niyati-harsh were in fact shown as the leads, so hoping the same is the case here, but right now my hopes on this show are so low looking at the promos. I so wish shrenu was cast opposite zain.
