It all depends on the role, premise and the story.
It is not about a 19 years old or 50 years old.
If tomorrow someone comes with a script like Lost in Translation or a script from the old Indian novel, where an old man gets married to a much younger girl.

Also if they can convincing look like a young guy, what's the harm??
Obviously they cannot look convincingly young, but if they do, what's the harm.

There is no problem if the story demands it. But most of the time it is the older men who pretend to be young and then romance younger heroines (almost their children's age). Flip their gender and it isn't the same. Madhuri or Juhi look way better than any of the Khans (SRK looks broken, AK is all botoxed and wigs and what not, Bhai toh hasn't looked fit in a while, Saif is unfit too...only Akki and Ajay look good but they have aged and you can tell whenever they are with a younger lady)...yet no movie producer is going to go to the actresses and say we are going to make you look younger so you can act with Varun Dhawan! Btw what a ageist topic !! There is no particular rule to follow what to do at certain age...they can do whatever they want when the concerned parties are consent adults...noone forced u to watch their movies putting gun on ur head...😛
