veer and mishti s family

i have never seen veer taking an interest to bond with mishti s family the way mishti does mishti was there for veer s mumma when she was sick but never saw veer being there for khanna-malhotra family which is weird considering mishveer are going to get married relationships are two way street so both the partners should try and bond with each other s family i dont think its only girls responsibility to bond with her imn laws is it ? here i only see mishti doing it while veer seems aloof even radhika once said that how ruhaan has grown more closer to the family than veer

As of Veer, Veer-Mishti are not new couple so I guess it's takek for granted that he cares. Mishti wont marry anyone who cannot be part of her family or care for her family. She is very much family oriented n am sure if veer had not bonded, she wouldn't hv taken this step.
Thing is, veer character is not given that imp here n hence they r not showing all the details.
