I want to add another layer of perspective! I know the forum has been sharing that they feel that this line was a clear result of Mishti's insecurities rearing it's hard head. And I agree. But I wonder if Mishti's insecurities are a result of her not believing herself in her relationship with Veer. She may trust Veer, and she may change her life in order to create the 'perfect' married life. But is this happening because Mishti's not entirely sure of her relationship with Veer? We know she admires him and has great affection for him, she loves him too I'm sure. But is it possible that Mishti has had moments of wanting more or yearning for more, even before Ruhaan's entry in their lives? It's possible that Mishti's feeling of instability are coming forth because she may unconsciously feel Veer isn't the right choice, and she's making it because he's the most sensible choice anyway. She's trying so hard maybe not because she doesn't trust Veer, but because she thinks she's not bringing enough in terms of her emotions to the relationship. I could just be talking out of my butt, but it would make Mishti a more interesting character.
