Though people here on IF love to hate him. I don't love or hate him either. But quite intrigued by his personality. I find him a complex person.

He is shrewd

He is cunning

He wants to control everything.

He is a diva

He is envious

He is a good mentor.

He is a smart businessman.

He is a softie from inside.

He is a loyal person.

He is not at all loyal...he is the text book example of a fair weather person...

Also yes he likes to control lives of actors ...be it professional or personal...

I feel he was a sad person for the longest time. Hence he was too invested in his friends' lives and it ended up backfiring which hurt him and might have play in his taking some distance from them.
