I was not promoting 'child abuse' in any way, everyone's parents beat them when they do a serious wrong. Mishti did serious harm to Pari, she deserved severe disciplining for that. If 90% Indian parents are abusers according to you then that's your opinion.

Because this is definitely not true. Cases of children being beaten by parents for disciplinary action are being lesser and lesser than say 20 yrs back. Also 20 years back a teacher could hit a child in school with a scale to discipline him or her. If a teacher does it these days he or she will be sacked or face displinary action against himself or herself in India.So it's not allowed. Very simple.

90% people do when their child does something really problematic.

I come from a Metro myself and I'm surrounded by 'modern's people.

Btw parents giving a few whacks to their kid is not considered 'child abuse' anywhere in the world. Even in the Western world parents spank their kids.

Poiu: Teachers is a different ball game. Teachers cannot hit their students, but parents still do physically discipline their kids. Look up any statistics.

But that's not the point here. The member Indira1211 could not reply logically to any of the points I made, so she chose to get personal. Now the mods will deal with her and the likes of her. I rest my case.

exactly. Educated parents never beat thier child. They scold their child & try to make them realise their fault. Mauli also did that. She scold misty.

For god sake she didn't push Pari intentionally. It was pari who was annoying her & so she pushed her

Are you serious ? Who beats their kids? You can go to jail for beating.

Can't believe someone here is actually justifying Beating kids as a disciplinary action !

We can scold , shout, give time outs, stop kids from watching TV, tell them to stay in their room etc etc for discipline , but Beating or slapping children ??? No ways !!

It is child abuse. Just because 90% ppl do it, doesn't make it right !

It's ok . I used to love ur post abt MauNal. Even I like their chemistry. But I was happy when Mauli chose Ishaan , bcoz she deserved to be happy. I have no prblm with Pari. But I like Misti more . I can conncet with her . It's totally my pov. Nice to interact with you
