Mishti was right in scolding Pari for her mistake but I didn't get one thing here. Why is Mishti saying that since she is getting married Pari has to be the sole decision maker of their company?

She is getting married, Veer lives in Mumbai only so why can't she continue to work in her company? It's her business after all. Does this indicate that she won't work after getting married?

Well I will tell u what I felt, Veer stays in Mumbai but Mishti definitely doesn't want any complaints from her in laws.. Also if u noticed she was going somewhere else but just a call from Veer's mom's health and she rushed there. So I feel she wants to be there for them. It must had also been due to how Mauli used to be busy in clinic and Mishti doesn't want that .. She wants happy marriage and in-laws.

I don't want her to stop working ,but she will have other responsibility as well as newly Wed daughter in law. .Also the financial crisis at home is going on so she wants Pati to be responsible enough before her marriage,so Pari can take decisions and manage everything.

Yeah may be her in laws don't want her to work after marriage..Not sure abt it but could be a possibility

Once she gets married she will have to adjust to the new family for the first few months. She may not be able to give 100#% time to the business initially.

So she wants Pari to be able make decisions independently so that the dependency on her is reduced.

It's not necessary she will stop working but she may want a lighter workload for the first few months.

like i say sister bond is so strong,i hope its not spoiled by a guy who just came into their lives days ago...well i don't think pari is wrong or mishti...mishti is right in her place so is pari..but mishti worry for the future which makes her slightly harsh..before she gets married she wants to settle down her siblings as she feels life is unpredictable which is true...who ever thought that mauli...kunal...ishaan all died so young...noone thought abt it especially the girls...they are affected by their parents death...its just that pari hides in her heart n fake with a smile while mishti does express it...a good scene...mishti was a concern sister here...she wants her sister to take full responsibilty of hers...ruhaan heard it all n seems like he understand the issue too

I don't find the issue so serious...its just that mishti as a sister is concern abt her family and wants to settle them down before she gets married
