Anupamaa: Anu faces angry crowd’s chappal attack while standing by Jaspreet and Ishani

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, Prem directly questions the media and reminds them of their duty, stating that no one has the right to pass judgment without knowing the full truth. Sarita firmly refuses to listen to any accusations against the chawl residents or the dance ranis, standing by them without hesitation.

Rahi also comes forward and openly supports Anupama. Rajini then clarifies the situation, explaining that she had invited the media only to cover Varun's wedding and not to create controversies. She strongly defends the chawl residents, calling them sincere, hardworking people who are incapable of being involved in any illegal activities. Rajini further adds that while the media has the freedom to report, it should never spread unverified or false narratives.

Bharti later tells Anupama that Ishani and Jaspreet must be brought back respectfully so that the wedding rituals can be completed properly. Prem decides to accompany Anupama to the police station, but Rajini intervenes and insists on going with her instead. Pakhi also offers to join them, but Rahi stops her and asks her to trust Anupama and let her handle the matter on her own.

Vasundhara confronts Parag, Gautam hides Anupama’s chawl stay

At the same time, Vasundhara confronts Parag and questions him about what he has been hiding. She warns him that she would be deeply hurt if she learns the truth from someone else. Just as Parag is about to respond, Gautam interrupts and informs him that the builder has confirmed the paperwork and the redevelopment project can move forward. Parag then instructs Gautam to ensure that no one, including Prem and Rahi, finds out that Anupama is currently staying in the same chawl. Gautam agrees to keep it confidential.

Meanwhile, Mahi shows the Kothari family the news, revealing that Ishani and Jaspreet have been arrested on serious charges. Parag expresses his faith in Anupama and says he is certain she cannot do anything wrong. Vasundhara, however, openly states that she does not trust Anupama. Gautam asks Mahi whether Pari is also involved in the case, but Mahi admits she has no information. Vasundhara becomes anxious, fearing that Pari might also get dragged into the mess. Mahi remarks that the Kothari family will suffer no matter what. Disturbed by the situation, Vasundhara urges Parag to immediately call Prem and Rahi back.

Paritosh plans Mumbai trip, Kinjal calls out his intentions

Elsewhere, Paritosh decides to leave for Mumbai. Kinjal stops him and confronts him for constantly blaming Anupama for every problem. Paritosh claims that Anupama will destroy Pari's life just like Ishani's. Kinjal reminds him that Pakhi also failed to guide Ishani properly and that Anupama cannot be held responsible for everything. She accuses Paritosh of wanting Pari back only so he can divorce her and demand alimony. Kinjal firmly warns him not to go to Mumbai.

Anupama and Rajini finally arrive at the police station, where they meet Jaspreet. Ishani breaks down and begs Anupama to trust her, insisting that she is not characterless. Anupama consoles her and reassures her of her support.

Suspicion rises as Prerna accuses Rajini of politicising the case

Back at home, Hasmuk and Leela worry about Ishani's safety, while Pakhi prays for her well-being. Other girls at the station plead with Anupama to help them as well. Anupama encourages them to stay strong and fight back if they are innocent. Rajini speaks to the commissioner and ensures that the girls are released while a fair investigation continues.

However, Prem and Rahi overhear Prerna accusing Rajini of using the situation for political gains and deliberately disrupting Varun's wedding.

This conversation plants doubts in their minds about Rajini's true intentions. Soon, the media starts speculating that Rajini herself might be connected to the racket. As Anupama brings Ishani and Jaspreet out of the station, the media immediately begins targeting and blaming them. Shockingly, even the chawl residents turn against the two girls. Anupama stands firmly in their defense.

Anupama takes responsibility, Rajini watches silently

Jaspreet breaks down, deeply hurt by the mistrust shown by the people she considered her own. Taking a bold step, Anupama declares that she will take full responsibility for Ishani and Jaspreet. Rajini silently feels satisfied as she watches the chawl residents turn against Anupama, while Prerna attempts to speak up in her support.

The episode ends on a disturbing note when an angry woman throws a sandal at Jaspreet. Anupama steps in at the right moment and shields her, leaving everyone shocked by her courage.
