I dont think the actress will have much of a role in this film.

They can cast anyone. It wont matter.

Too many flowerpot roles coming her way..

I wonder if she is deliberately seeking such roles.. coz I don't think her Kedarnath performance was so bad that filmmakers can't approach her for more meatier parts..

It's been years since I saw the one starring Raj Babbar.

Don't remember if there was a love interest. The only female roles I remember was the courtesan which was played by Juhi Chawla and an Irish freedom fighter.
