TellyChakkar was the first one exclusively report about Siddharth Malhotra bringing the remake of TV's cult show Sanjivani.

We also later wrote about Ishqbaaaz fame Surbhi Chandna in talks to play the female lead.

Medical drama Sanjivani featured a stellar cast like Gurdeep Kohli, Mihir Mishra, Rupali Ganguly, and Mohnish Behl. The show returned with a sequel Dill Mill Gaye with actors Karan Singh Grover, Jennifer Winget, Shilpa Anand, Sukirti Kandpal, Karan Wahi, and many others.

Now, we have exclusive information that talented actors Gudeep Kohli and Mohnish Behl have been roped in for the show.

While, there were reports about Nakuul Mehta reuniting with Surbhi post Ishqbaaaz.

However, we have learnt that not Nakuul but Namit Khanna, who played the lead in Sony TV's Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai, has been finalized opposite Surbhi.

We could not get through actors for their comment.

TellyChakkar will be soon back with further developments.

He's good looking. And what I've seen of his last show. He is a good actor.

Now we just have to wait for official announcement from all.

Haha apna angsty, philosophizing Lawyer Siddhant Sinha? 😆. I liked him in YPNH but the show overall lost track.

Point still remains this is a Cinevistaas show so likely crap. Loll but all the best to Surbhi 😆

His previous costar couldn't act much and had horrible dialogue delivery. So he stood out more in contrast to her.

SC is a much better actress than him. He'll have to buck up a bit to keep up with her 😆

But yeah, they can work well together as a pair.

Should SC sign a new series now or does she need more time to get rid of the Anika tag (to us she will be Anika) . Some might still compare.

She said she will return with dhamaka after IPL gets over...it would 6 months + after she signed off Annika so not much comparing will be there 😆
