Anurag was engaged to Mishka. Didn't bother to even tell Mish that he doesn't want to marry her. On top of it, promised prerna marriage and slept with her (Assuming the consummation scenes are true),

Asked Veena for her hand in marraige. Then went ahead and married komolika.

How do the writers expect people to connect to such a male lead, how much ever good or noble his intentions may be.

How are we supposed to love this Anurag who is behaving just like Anurag 1. There is no doubt he is selfless and has the best interests of everyone in his heart especially prerna, but Is that enough?

I don't care for Anurag anymore. I genuinely loved this Anu version 2 but I don't trust the writers anymore.

I am going to watch this only for Prerna and her journey.

Word. For my the saga of the fallen angel started slightly before your narrative. I don't how people justify it but I firmly believe that during the Naveen track anurag kept giving prerna mixed signals and trying to force her to express her feelings for him ... and then after he got rid of Naveen and knew prerna would not become anyone else's it was almost like he didn't need to take effort with her any more and decided they were just friends. Him getting engaged to mishka who he clearly didn't love while being so confused aboht prerna was the first nail.

I am still here for anupre. But if the consummation actually takes place and the wedding is actually completed then I will not be here anymore for anupre but just for pre.

I think that is it then..they wanted audience to.connect to prerna and her journey.. that is what kzk is according to them..but yahaan to kuch ulta ho gaya. People loved anurag more.. phir kya karen? Choti moti galti karwao to audience maaf kar deti hai.. thodi badi galti bhi kafo tho they justify.tho aisa kuch karo ki kuch bache hi nahin..destroy him completely

I wouldn't call him fake because we all know he did this for prerna.

But I am angry and frustrated with him. How can a man sleep with a woman, tell her mother that they want to marry and then go and marry someone else, without having decency to at least inform Prerna and their family that he is marrying someone.

If Nivedita had not given them invitation, unhe toh pata bhi nahi chalta

For me, Anurag will be a coward, spineless and yes cheater to a certain extent.

If prerna is pregnant, I dont understand how any viewer will be able to forgive him

They took a lot of effort with anurag 2 - they didn't want to make the same mistake as kasauti 1 where poeple could not relate to anurag 1.
To the extent of making prerna look bad to glorify anurag 2. So everyone fell for anurag 2 including our starplus insta ladies. But that works only if the story of kasauti 2 is different. If you are still going to a stick to the same story it doesn't matter how much effort you take in the first few months, viewers will always dislike a self pitying cheater.

He is indeed fake... I will say this louder... After getting into a physical relationship with pre... He has no rights to take decisions by his own... He should take pre's consent b4 moving each step... He belongs to pre... At present he is faking as he didn't did anything as such... Which will not make diff in pre's life...

How could he stoop so low???

If it's happened with tapur or nivi. .

Will he leave that guy???

I still had hope because I always felt this Anurag wouldn't fall to that extent like Anu1. Even season 1 anurag was so good and selfless but ...

I find Red flags with this character.. impulsive , not able to take stand, and taking decisions for prerna without consulting her.

This is not how relationships work. If, I and you are in a relationship, I will talk to you and Discuss regarding whether we want to end it or move ahead with it.

I have no right to decide for you and take decisions on your behalf without consulting you.

This reminds me of Edward's controlling behavior for Bella in twilight where he loved her immensely but ASSUMED what he decides is right for BOTH of them !

I agree with you. I see lot of red flags with this character.

But As I said, I don't find him fake. And I have no doubt that he does love Prerna. But the way he decided for both of them and ended their relation, without even consulting pre, ITS WRONG .

He has no right to make a girl preggy and then marry another woman (assuming that's what writers have decided . To show consummation and make pre pregnant)
