Seems to be plausible, veer wouldn't marry her by force but to save her from humiliation he might do, he is so hot tempered he might just burst out that he'll marry her. Waise bhi if both are under the same roof only they can have many private moments which will lead to progression in their relationship. We had a few scenes at Veer's house & a few in the jungle, now back in town after this jungle escapade there is no scope for such moments if they just continue as before. Also for Krishna to see those accident photos, she needs to be in his room, then only truth can come out.
