Guys see Tanya is such a cutie pie...how sweetly ththis talented girl is requesting the people who are bashing her to give her some time... Please don't hate her and give a chance to her.. Let her show her talent and welcome her with lots of love and support

I am a Tanya fan too , you can see from my DP, and wants her to do well in the profession, she is talented , I have seen that in Saathiya, which is why I am going to make this brutally honest post. And I hope someone passes this message to Tanya.

I saw the 1st two episodes. I honestly wish Tanya hadn't signed this show. Especially for her first lead' role

1. Even she admitted it is last minute. She is basically playing Meera Modi all over again, 4 years after she first played that role. Where is the growth as an actress? She has to shop doing bratty college girl roles. She is much better than this.

2. The show has been built on the hard work of other actors. For three years another actress played the lead. It is hard for her fandom to accept all of a sudden that there is a new lead. At least till Meera exits the show Tanya should refrain from calling herself the lead. Show some respect to Meera.

3. Today she was all humility and appealing to fans. But I have been following this saga for the past few days and she was quite uncaring initially. It is only when she realised how almost all the fans hated the leap and by extension her, she tried to please them. If on the very first day she had acknowledged the hard work and legacy of the previous leads instead of blocking fans , she could have won over more people. They were not bashing her but the producers and channel. When she reacted it became personal.

4. She is playing a character for whom the viewers don't have much sympathy as it is. And that is not the ideal choice for your first lead role.

5. I am not sure how effective the actor playing the male lead is. The chemistry is lacking. You either have it or you don't. Tanya had it lots with Amar in Saathiya and to an extent with Kinshuk in WAS . But it is very poor here.

Unfortunately I will not be watching the show further. I haven't watched the show before and it is viewers like me the show needs to win over Based on the first two episodes, it hasn't grabbed my eyeballs. I found it extremely juvenile. ( This is only the latest two episodes. The original concept looks very interesting.)

So I will wait for Tanya to come in a better project and if it is interesting and her role is interesting, I will support her and watch it even if she is not the lead. She was one of the reasons I watched Saathiya. I pretty much skipped all other scenes. It is disheartening as loyal fan to see her type cast like this. Ginny in WAS wasn't much different either.

And all the very best to Meera in all her future projects. She seems a very sweet girl

Pollyanna I appreciate your views and maturity. I have stopped watching the show since last Thursday even though I was a loyal viewer since August 2014.

I have nothing against the new cast nor i have seen . any of their ivs. I don't think it's sensible of the makers to outsed all the old cast and bring in a new set of characters..The old audience will feel disconnected and it's not easy to get new viewers esp at the 7pm slot, the viewers are already less. With ipl starting soon it's going to get tougher for the team.

Coming to anjor, I doubt she will.ever get any sympathy, the writers have garnered sympathy for chakor character and if they wanted anjor as the. Protagonist they would have wrote better for anjor pre leap.

Having said that I am.glad Meera is quitting the show and we fans can stop.following the show completely Soon

Loved reading the unbiased view.

pointed so correctly even about wanting good for the actor who you love most.

Really so far anjor was written bad. if she was the protagonist they should have written it better.

No hatred or anger for the new ones, we are just dissapointed with PH and channel for the way story progressed and the pathetic end written for our fav characters. its the displeasure on tht which we express now and then.

if a proper closure was given for the story we loved, for us and our favs,we would have had no qualms with the leap. we would hav resigned from show happily
