Is anurag - Komolika the same as Prerna - Naveen?

The same way it was difficult to believe that Prerna could not find a solution to the loan issue without agreeing to marry Naveen, my brain is frying thinking why Mohini can not pick up the phone to someone to fly Moloy somewhere or bring there best doctor to India. One of the fundamental basis of this serial is the fact that the Basus are big shots, very rich etc. There have been scenes showing Mohini can get admission for people in schools and colleges - intended to show that like all rich people they are CONNECTED. Also anurag studied abroad so they are not a rich family that only have contacts in one country - they have contact in other countries as well. So I don't understand why they can't call a specialist in London or Nea York. Why is that this is something only Komolika can do? That is beyond my understanding. And then to have to marry her - is this 1819? Why are they not using logic and 2019 fact to try to come up with a better reason for anurag to be beholden to Komolika. But this inability to get medical care in the 21st Century???!!!!????

It almost makes Anurag1.0's decision to marry Komolika look sensible.It even makes Chandler's decision to propose to Monica after they have a silly fight look sensible.

Idk it's lyk the cv's found this reason from a bowl of chits containing all other reasons!See that's what happens when u rush storylines to fit in characters.Hina fans confuse it as bashing but that's not true.The CVS r rushing stories to fit her schedule it's on them.They probably had to ditch Ronit-Shivi and AnuShka engagement drama storyline coz of low TRP's.As a result not 3 months into the show Komolika is already a psycho murderer and one of the richest families in India can't even arrange a doctor on their own. I wonder what next maybe Anurag will find out that they were never really rich it was all a scam his dad was running for years to pacify his status obsessed wife and daughter and Basu house is actually a fantasy park where ppl come dressed up as guests to live their Sooraj Barjatiya film fantasies & that's y Moloy never stops Mohini from organizing parties every other day coz that's how he actually earns money by charging entrance fee

When they were deciding whether to do kasauti agajn - the months or even years when they figured out what the new story should be, who should be prerna and anurag etc etc - the one thing they knew was that anurag had betrayed prerna in kasauti 1 and married Komolika. They always knew they had to deal with that - to either make it the same or different... what baffles me 1 is this is really the best they could come up with after all that?

Till now they showed that Anurag does what is right, he does not bow down under pressure even if it comes from his own family, he is very smart and intelligent etc. The situation he is in right now is extremely difficult, his Dad who is in death's bed made him promise that he will take care of the business that he n his friend Rajesh established. But I dont think Anu will agree to marry Komo just because he does not want the business to topple or to get the doctor from London, it will be foolish if the writers show so.
