OT - Outsiders arent particularly arrogant, even insiders have arrogance, typical main he star hoon wali arrogance.

No one is saint in the industry but the way insiders get bashing & outsiders get praising is hilarious though...

If Only Talented outsiders are allowed, most of the current outsiders would have been jobless. Kat, Kangana, Sid Malhotra, Sunil Shetty, Akshay, Arjun Rampal, John Abraham, Kartik Aryan, Jacquiline. Most of them entered the industry due to eerrr... their other talents. 😆

So, think what you ask for.
