Debutant director Adity Dhar debut film Uri: The Surgical Strike is released on 11th January, 2019 with Vicky Kaushal in lead role. The film is running miraculously well at the box office. Even in its 3rd Monday, Uri saw good hold at the box office. One can imagine how well the movie has been received by Audience although, Uri received mixed review from critics.

Uri movie 18th day box office collection was around Rs. 3.00 Crore and took its total to Rs. 160.38 Crore in India. The film kept it's momentum super strong by receiving positive word of mouth across India. Uri likely to cross Rs. 180 Cr in its lifetime collection in India. Its a great achievement for the movie considering low budget.
