Raghav threatens Bhanu that he won't spare him if anything wrong happens to Chakor. He warns him to stay away from his family. Raghav carries Chakor to the car without talking to Imli, Imli notices his concern. Imli and Raghav take Chakor to hospital.
Raghav asks the doctor to treat Chakor, Imli notices how worried he is. Imli goes and prays, Raghav waits infront of the operation room. A nurse comes out, Raghav gets angry because she doesn't want to give him any information. The doctor comes out and assures Raghav that Chakor is ok, Raghav is so happy that he hugs him, Imli is watching.
Chakor gets out of the operation room, she sees Raghav, he asks her if she's ok, she nods yes. He jokes that she should get a new nickname, she smiles but her face changes when she sees Imli. Chakor is taken to her room.
Anjor calls Raghav and asks about Chakor, he lies and tells her she went to see her friend, he tells her to sleep, she says she'll wait for her mom and ends the call. Raghav decides to go and see Anjor and asks Imli to look after Chakor.
Bhanu shaves his hair and vows to ruin Chakor, Raghav and Imli's lives. He tells Lallan to go and spy on them. Lallan goes to hospital and disguise himself as a doctor. He sees Imli and follows her to Chakor's room. He spies on them through the window.
Imli tells Chakor she knows she can hear her, Chakor opens her eyes but can't look her in the face. Imli tells Chakor she doesn't care about BPS or what he said but she cares about what Chakor will say, she wants her to tell her the truth.
Chakor tells her that Bhanu is lying, Imli says she knows Chakor very well and asks why she's avoiding her gaze. Imli asks her to tell the truth, Chakor recalls Raghav saying he loves her and not Imli and how she told him she doesn't love him. Chakor tells Imli she has no feelings for Raghav but she can't look at her.
Imli asks Chakor to look at her and to tell her if she loves Raghav or not, Chakor remembers Raghav and stays quiet. Lallan watches on. Imli says so you love Raghav, she insists on Chakor answer and makes Chakor face her.
Chakor admits she has feelings for Raghav, Imli cries. Chakor holds Imli's hands, she telld her Raghav doesn't know she loves him. Imli says Chakor sacrificed for her. Chakor tells her she deserves a happy life, she would even sacrifice her life for her, Raghav is hers, Imli asks if Raghav will want to stay with her. Imli says Raghav can't leave her.
Raghav catches Lallan eavesdropping, he removes his mask, he decides to take him outside so that he wouldn't create a scene.
Imli asks Chakor if Raghav will stay with her, Imli cries and says she can't live without him. Imli asks Chakor to promise not to tell Raghav that she loves him.

Imli asks Chakor to promise not to tell Raghav. Raghav comes and tells Imli it's time to tell the truth.
