Bhanu is standing at the door waiting for Raghav, he threatens to punish Lallan if Suraj doesn't come. Raghav comes and starts dancing, Lallan points him to Bhanu. Raghav takes Bhanu to dance with him, Lata is surprised to see Bhanu dance.
Chakor is folding Anjor's clothes, she's worried about Raghav, Imli comes, she's worried too, she says BPS kills people who don't obey him.
Bhanu cuts the cake and introduces Raghav to Lata, Raghav politely laughs at his joke. They go to have a drink. Chakor and Imli try to call Raghav, he doesn't answer. Raghav chats with Bhanu and cuts off Imli's call. Imli decides to go to the party, Chakor says she'll go with her, Imli asks her why, Chakor says people will question if she goes and Suraj's wife doesn't, Imli accepts.
Raghav and Bhanu talk in private, Bhanu tells him he wants to buy land from him to build a factory in Azaadganj. Raghav asks him about the product, he tells him. Raghav asks him about his real activity. Raghav tells him he knows everything about him and how he became BPS.
BPS warns Raghav against going against him, Raghav tells him not to worry about him and to tell him what he's after, Bhanu says he's after money. Bhanu asks Raghav how much he wants, Raghav refuses to sell.
Chakor and Imli arrive, Lallan introduces them to Lata and tries to talk to Imli but she ignores him.
Raghav starts to leave, Bhanu stops him, he threatens Raghav, he tells him he'll throw his family out, he calls him Raghav. Raghav is socked. Bhanu tells him they're both similar and he should learn from him how to become rich. He tells him he knows all the land is in Chakor's name, he tells him to convince her to sign and when Imli disagrees to convince her to accept the deal, he knows that he's faking to love her. Bhanu tells him he knows everything, he knows of the love triangle. He tells him if he doesn't get the land, he won't leave the three of them.

Lallan tries to forcefully take Imli with him, Chakor warns him then slaps him.
Chakor is walking in a corridor, someone grabs her from behind.
