Dhinchaakbaaz was built on slippery ground with weak foundation and it seems that collapse is not far away! The entire episode today was too much of a bore. Is this a story of 'ishqbaazee'? Or is it again a social message track made just to pass time? The entire episode was utter bullshit. The witch aunt comes back with the slave brother and sister in law--the would be in-laws of Shivaani who I am at pains to even think that she is the daughter of the iconic Shivaay and Annika. The evil aunt goes on with her vile attitude while the dumb in-laws stand or sit like statues. The groom has a dour face and little to do but twiddle his thumbs. It's all Shivaansh who does anything. Any other person is just superflous, required to just fill up the screen. Anyways,daadi is forever crying and on the verge of an attack of nerves. Shivaansh tries to show the Ahuja's their folly but the evil aunt takes offense and leaves but Hallelujah! The dumb groom finally utters a dialogue with the dour face still on. Suddenly,the evil aunt realises her mistake and says sorry to all (my eyes have already rolled off their sockets 😔)and so Shivaani's life's aim of getting married to the dour faced,no gooder is set to be fulfilled.
On the other hand,suspense drama with the live mannequin continues in that room with red lights. Yesterday it was Anni's room for her theatrical costumes and paraphernalia,today you get napkins and crockery from there and also houses a cupboard where you keep Shivaansh's things. Writer needs to decide what actually the room is first because I am confused. Also, everyone is getting an eerie feeling in that room but nobody is putting the lights on for heaven's sake! Shivaansh's publicist is attacked (I can't recall the character's name) and till the next day she is not missed by anyone! So much for love for his team!
ACP Aditi was not even there in the whole episode and I guess her character will gradually fade away. So all those eye locks/look locks and that montage is a waste.Tomorrow,as per pre cap she will make a two second appearance before the great Shivaansh takes over screen space. We will again get a quadruple huddle which is there in every other scene these days. We all have it up to our throats that Shivaansh is a loving brother but does that warrant that in every other scene he has to hug his crying sisters and kiss them alternately on their foreheads/heads? Any self respecting brother and sister will shudder and be embarrassed if they have to do this to show that they have eternal sibling love between them! Tch! Tch! Showrunner seems to have lost the mojo to write something 'fresh'.
I did not find anything good in today's episode and for heaven's sake do something about the appearance of the male lead. I once fangirled him;his beard,his hair,his style,his panache had made my heart beat faster and now seeing that punk haircut,eye bags,that 5 o'clock stubble that is not meant for his persona makes me sad and angry. If there is no story interesting enough to tell,at least make the background,surroundings etc pleasant where you can divert your attention. Story nahi toh beauty sahi!😆
Also,daadi needs to go to a long pilgrimmage; she is unbearable these days.
I have a 'kostin' : Who is that mahaan person of the channel who approved this half baked script? There is actually no story to tell,no Ishqbaazee to show. It's just passing prime time slot making Khichdi. Why are the sponsors wasting their money on this shoddy script?😕
