This wedding is like a reversal role of their first wedding.

Mahir pretended to be Yuvraj when he left the mandap. If it's not for Bella's attention to details; Bella would have married Mahir without knowing his real identity.

Now Bella is pretending to be Shivli. Not sure whether Mahir will know that she is truly Bella or not. But if he doesn't know then Mahir would have married Bella without knowing her real identity.

There is a bts post of Mahir and Shivli sitting in the mandap. Then there is also a bts post of Bella in dulhaan attire same as Shivli. So, we are speculating that it is Bella in disguised as Shivli. Yeah, only SJ is our Queen. Hopefully they will show that Mahir knows Shivli is Bella only in disguised.
