Part 2

After the little trip to the counselor, I grabbed my lunch and was waiting for NK. Where was he? That's when surprise hit me watching Sheetal, Lavanya & Pam appear in front of me, the butterfly bitches of the school. What were they doing here?

"What a fight!"

"Totally worth it!"

"Raizada is so hot"

"Did you two make out?"

Wait, wait wait wait. Who said what? Everything went over my head. I gaped in to take some breath, before they got up saying blah blah and leaving. I sat there in shock until NK appeared mirroring the same expression as mine.

"Did you see that?"

"Did you see?"

We both said together.

"What the hell are they doing here?" I said trying to understand why the hot shot varsity cheerleaders talking to us.

"Oh, my god! Did you see her? What does she smell like?" NK asked eagerly who was totally in a different world.

Gawd! This idiot! He had been crushing over Lavanya for decades now.

"NK!!! Stop it! We gotta decide on the fundraising ideas. Dad's anyway off to Orlando. So, I'm going to be your responsibility"

NK's mom has always been my godmother. After my mom's death, she has been there doing everything for me and teaching, pampering that a girl needs. Well, my dad still says she mollycoddled me to my defense, she loves me more than NK or Arnav. I couldn't help but imagine all that food she's gonna make for me today.

After school, NK and I looked shocked as we saw Arnav Raizada standing near NK's car, NK and I call it whaler, FYI. What the hell was he doing here? Wasn't he supposed to drive his super sexy motorbike? I looked at NK and even his eyebrows shot straight up to sky.

"What's up?" NK asked as Arnav stretched his hand forward "Keys, I'll need a ride, I got a flat tire" he said, that smug faced half smiling sexy idiot.

NK chuckled, for the first time feeling like a hero in front of his big brother.

"This is my car, Arnav. You are asking help, sit inside, and I'm not letting you drive" NK retorted.

I chuckled and Arnav looked at me challenging. What, now? Don't blush at that smirk, I chanted.

"Alright!" he shrugged and jumped in the backseat as NK and I sat in the front.

We didn't pay much heed to certain Raizada sitting in the back seat "Get the three assignments I asked you to pick up, and your party dress" NK reminded as we drove and we were checking on the things that I needed to pick from my home.

"You ain't coming to the party" I heard Arnav say.

"Why is that?" NK and I asked flabbergasted.

Interfering idiot. He has to ruin everything I do.

"I will go wherever I please and do whatever I please" I said in a shrill voice and he shook his head. I expected a retort but none came. Well, that's a good sign.

It was obvious we were going to dump Arnav Raizada at home first as we planned to go buy a shirt for NK and then pick stuff from my home and then back to Raizadas abode.

"Atleast you can say thank you" NK shouted behind Arnav. That handsome smirking devil turns around and has to say,

"Chauffer and my girl" he bidded.

"Whatever," I shouted.

He just waved with his hand in the air but back turned to us, I am sure with his half sexy smile intact.

NK and I came up with the super cool "Kissing Booth" idea at the carnival. Although initially disagreed, the committee agreed when they heard certain Raizada would be there. Well, it was my genuine manipulative stunt that I had to pull of seeing the butterfly bitches watching us intently to see if Raizada will be there. Our fund raiser! What can I do? So, I said, yes. Despite NK's pinching and pulling my elbow.

We can convince Raizada somehow but not let this opportunity go off.

NK highly doubted that this would work in our favor. But I sure hoped we can come up with some idea.

The kissing booth soon took off the school like a rocket and everyone were suddenly talking to us.

NK and I felt like superheroes of the school.

In the evening, the party went super cool, we both were the center of attention to a lot of conversation, girls, especially.

Sheetal walked to me to ask, "So, have you asked Raizada yet?"

"For what?"

"Kissing Booth, Duh!"

"Oh, umm...I will... don't worry"

"What are you waiting for, there he is" they pushed me towards a certain Raizada who was busy talking to a bunch of girls.

I cleared my throat to draw his attention and oh, yes, it did work.

Arrogant person just shoot his eyebrows up questioning me.

Asshole!

"I need to talk to you," I said and added "Personally"

"Whoa, little one, the easy bakes are downstairs, get lost" one of the girls just pushed me backwards, and I was shocked.

"Excuse me? Did you just touch me?" how dare she. I am not gonna leave her alive. What's her name, anyway?

"Leave!" A snarl came not from me but from Raizada.

"What?" the girls were pretty surprised, so they questioned him to confirm their doubts. I felt a chill run down my spine when he repeated.

"Leave, she is kinda important to my family so she is important to me" he said ever so dangerously keeping his calm stance. I gulped, so did they. A million things running in my head. Maybe his protective nature is not like a sister thingy but something more. Just maybe. But I let my wings not spread.

The girl crowd left and I looked at him, smiling.

"Kissing Booth?"

"Ah...No" he said fake smiling like a monkey. I pouted like all the million times that worked but it didn't here.

"Please?"

He smiled some more as he shook his head, his ever so sexy dimple showing off.

I sighed "Ok" with that I walked back to the counter where the bitchy butterflied cornered me, again. Where did NK go missing?

"So, what did he say?" an excited Sheetal asked.

"Ye...yess, of course" I lied, again and they cheered.

Argh! Anyways, I looked around for NK when Rohit, Shyam, Naren caught hold of me and pushed something down my throat as they kept shouting "Yayyy!!!! Come on, dude"

That was the last thing apart from music, dance, yells, I remembered. When I opened my eyes, I could smell the citrusy cologne and the familiar setting of certain Raizada's room and realized I was in his shirt and my underwear.

What the f**k, happened?
