Her account is private. If she posts Jaan's pics maybe Aamir wants to see him so he is following her. It is possible that they reconciled and he wants to be involved in Jaan's life.

Now he's openly following her. Maybe he's acknowledged paternity finally.

She has a private account so he couldn't have followed her accidentally. She would have to approve him. 😆

It's good if he doesn't want to repeat his dad's mistake. His dad's shelter could've saved Jiah Khan.
