See During Ruksar Divorce Issue... Kashan Sided Ruksar...
Zeenath Always Throw Tantrums of Leaving the House with Ruksar...
Kashan Already Started Going against his Father.. Threatened him of leaving the House if required...
So Assume a Situation Ruksar back into senses and Kabeer want to Divorce...
Zeenat Playing games and Kashan Side Zeenath and they decide to Leave the House...
Shabaz may take advantage of Kabeer Majboori... He cant leave the House with Zara... No source of income for Kabeer...
He will obviously get circumvented...
If Kabeer did not keep the Promise and Zara and His relationship would be Broken and He has to accept Ruksar ... All in a mess...
You Know he can Easily Play the Rules of Islam Card...
1. He dint pay the First wife Meher He can't accept second wife... He have dues with first wife... Its a Sin... But people do it in real life... But one who follow the rules of Islam can't do that.
2. He was not able to full fill the means of his first wife by himself... How he can't accept second wife... Supporting or Help a widow would come as an option when you full fill the needs of first wife and children... and it optional not mandate...
3. He married her before her iddha... Again one who follow Islam... Cannot accept this irregular marriage as regular Marriage...Like usool ki pakki Kabeer.. I wonder how Dubai validate this wedding...
4. Though his father provide the means he have only enjoying rights... no ownership rights...
5. Kabeer cant regularize this marriage just like that... He has to first pay the Meher of Zara,
then he has to fulfill her basic needs.. Here her status come into play... Because...Everything matter... He cant keep her in the kind of house she is kept now.. this Gareeb Life style...
He Should be able to offer the Kind of Life style for her status... And then only he can think of regularizing the Marriage with Ruksar... with New Marriage contract... And he should be able to provide her of the means of her status...
Yes Islam legalize second marriage... But Not a Joke... Actually in countries like Pakistan Husband has to Take permission from first wife...
In middle eastern Countries He has to Provide all means to first wife of her status before taking second wife...
Else Behind the Bars... Kabeer is Joking with Ruksar and Zara or what on this second marriage thing...
Again As per Quran... In terms of behaving equally with all the wives... That's Not possible by any human... As per their conscience... Because obviously they love One wife more and with other he would fulfill farz...
So Kabeer can't do manmarziyan in this 2 wife thing... I have already left this issue too long...
Kabeer is in a Very week spot as far as accepting Ruksar even for Ego...
He keeping himself away from earring is a trick... He can say this rules of Islam and Invalidate this marriage... as well...
More over Ruksar is a Criminal... She tried to kill him and Zara... And planted Miraj...
