We have two people coming from two very different places in today's episode.
Anurag is confused (I presume). This is the same guy who tore the wedding invitation with glee. Now jay prerna is not getting married to Naveen he can relax and refuse to acknowledge the existence of love and his feelings - and if that means he goes back on everything he has been saying until now to prerna then so be it. The lines Anurag said is the dream yesterday is exactly what he has been doing and exactly what the writers wanted is to take form these dialogues - he said you are feeling what I wanted you to feel. I pushed you to feel these things and that's why you are acknowledging your feelings and feeling them. And this dialogue and the truth behind it is why prerna is upset. She is angry that he forced her into this sense of awareness and she is confused about his lack of clarity. All to that the arrival of a old girlfriend who is telling a completely different story form the one Anurag told prerna and her brain is going in all the wrong directions. I feel confident that Mohini will create some mischief tomorrow.
