I think they're trying to add humour to her character which makes total sense , because for how long can we tolerate Komolika the most beautiful women on earth

I think they are trying to show Komo as a grey character.. Not all black and vindictive.. She is just some spoiled brat who lives by her own rules.. And doesn't care whatever happens to other's life as long she is happy and entertained..

P.S : In the second GIF Hina looks like a kid clapping with joy and saying Happy dying 😆
