The reason for showing Shivani pregnant is to make Anu marry Komolika... First it will be a fight between Prerna and Komolika...Komolika will be helping Mishka..but when she sees Anurag, Komolika wants Anurag n then she will use the weapon of Shivani against Prerna... Mishka is just a bait for Komolika to get to Anurag...She can trade her brother if Prerna can sacrifice Anurag... And Prerna being Prerna will give in Anurag to Komolika for her sister's happiness. Anurag might be so hurt with Prerna tht he will marry Komolika to show Prerna tht he is not an item for trading off...Prerna will realize very late abt the blunder wht she did...

I don't know if it's going to be prerna sacrificing Anu given he has not even told her he loves her. I think it will be Anu giving himself to Komo to give prerna peace. And this so start the next phase of the prerna Anu relationship - one of dislike form Prerna's side.

We have to see if it will be Anurag or Prerna to sacrifice their love... Prerna is shown as very emotional n can take hasty decisions. It could be mostly her taking this step...If it has to be Anurag the reason I can c is tht his mom blackmailing him to the core n attempt to kill or hurt herself can make Anurag take a stupid decision to marry Komolika... Whatever the reason is we all know tht CVS love Komolika so much tht they will make Komolika marry Anurag by hook or crook (in Komolika's slang)...Who does the initiative is wht we have to wait n watch...
