Hope Mita, doesn't tell him to go for Custody case also ?Ashok will surely want to avoid alimony , Mini will not come to his house without babes, they will try to rise issue of babitha single, unemployed, living in another man's house, doesn't take care of Mini. The house broker might help Ashok in court, and may be then Hanuman singh will take the responsibility Mini by marrying babes.
