I think this blouse is less reavealing than that trial room one.. That one had only string as sleeves. This is sleeveless but not so reavealing..

They show the string one in the box, but the one she wore was sleeveless but actually pretty thick strapped.

Anurag was upset with her for doing something she herself was uncomfortable with ...not for showing too much skin. I think the scene you are talking about is the one wear she tries different tops /blouses in a trial room and Anurag accidentally enters the same room to try his Kurta.
Prerna was first one to tell him that she did not want to wear such a revealing blouse. Only then did he ask her why she was wearing it if she was so uncomfortable .
