I think that will be too coincidental. Vikrant's mum and Andy's wife already have the same face by coincidence (naagin Sumi flashback shows that she has the same face). If her name also coincidentally matches then this is no longer a coincidence but a bloody miracle!

Sumi said in Saturday's episode to vikrant that she came to the sehgal's house and killed Andy sehgal's real wife. Andy didn't even know that she is an ichadaari naagin pretending to be his wife and that his real wife is dead.
