I thought sister or cousin of Karan and Rishab is Krithika not Ruchika. Plus Kirthika's is engaged to Aakash i thought. May be we are not talking about the same serial or something I don't know.

Kritika is their cousin, Roo is daughter of rakhi and mahesh, real sis of karan rishab. She was shown in beginning in Kritika and Rishab's engagement but don't know where CVs vanished her replacing with worst actor Prithvi and his nonesence 😕

It seems that even Mahesh and Rakhi had forgotten the fact that they had a daughter in the first place. The daughter has been missing for quite some time and they did not even mention or try to find her. They are busy looking after the Arora family instead.
