If sumitra is the purple naag, they've a lot of back story to cover, starting right from Mahir's childhood.

How did she manage to bring up both Vik and Mahir, and make both of them worship her?

Till today's episode there hasn't been a proper villian or vamp. Naagin3 is unique for they've covered 50 episodes in a supernatural drama without a proper villian.

So is Mahir 100 years old too??

I'm still not sure if real Sumi got killed and purple had been staying there in her form or Sumi was always a Naagin.

Their villain/vamp always ran in the background... They weren't explicitly shown but the whole drama was this one's design all along. She was always there lurking in the shadows and peeking out now and then...

Maybe he could be much younger than Vikrant is. Sumi must have left a long time if Vikrant is able to fool everybody telling that his parents are dead.

Maybe you could be on to something with this offsprings stuff. Just like Shivangi being the last descendant of the Suryavanshi and daughter of a Naagin became the only Naagin who could lift the Naagmani in season 2. Maybe sumitra needs a byproduct of Mahir and Bella's child. Maybe their child is the child of prophecy or something. Or could be powerful for world domination or something.
