So many Asian countries are here. But the Bollywood tv actors only get this awards from 2014. It would be better if Bizasia change the award name as IVTA (Indian viewers television awards) or BVTA (Bollywood viewers television awards instead of AVTA( Asian viewers television awards).

Ps. So many states in India also have the channels and theTV shows.

We won soap of the year because of Nakuul and Surbhi. Am ha[py for Surbhi.

Can't Gul see what damage she has done now and she can correct it.

This is celebration post.But still i try to answer you.

About AVTA award:

Home | Asian Viewers Television Awards | AVTA | honouring the best of Asian Television and to encourage Asian talent in the UK.

So based on above definition.It is honoring the best of Asian Television content watched by Asian viewers living in UK

Didnt you know Ishqbaaaz has been top Asian TV show In UK Ratings ?Every day BisAsia posts top 5 shows,it is almost in top position in last 2.5 yrs.Not other regional shows of different states in India

Hindi is a national language.Obviously Hindi shows watched in majority compared to regional shows. We ourselves are not watching regional shows .For Myself i can tell i cant watch regional shows in my state.They are major crap than IB 😆.Honestly i myself didnt watch any TV shows until 2015.TV shows are churning insane level of crap.IB is the only show which i sticked for so long for 2.5 yrs😆.

Do you really think Asian viewers in UK watch regional shows of different indian states when indian viewers residing in india themselves are not watching??Ok then😆

FYI IB is intertinationally popular show.It is being appreciated by not only UK viewers but also veiwers of Arab,Pakistan,malaysia and many orher countries.

At least we know that it's because of Shivika IB won. We have proved Gul wrong.

If she has the sense then she should retain Surbhi back, or end IB with shivika.

Woop woop, what away to go and finish her stint in ishqbaaaz! Class apart 😃

By the way im from the UK, and star plus and ishqbaaaz is one of the most popular shows here! Plus avta also awarded other Asian channels but for overall best show and actor/actress the Indian channels and actors got it😃

Hello everyone,

It's interesting how everyone had the time to continuously respond to instigating posts and mock the mods for not doing anything, but no one had even a minute to spare to actually hit the "report" button on a post and stop the conversation right there. We are but two mods (myself and Moderator) and we cannot see every topic and every post because we are not on IF 24x7.

Topics are closed down for this exact reason. As you can see this post went to 10 pages and now it's only on page 2.

Nonetheless this topic has been cleaned up, but future infractions will lead to this thread being closed. It is a congratulations thread, let's stick to that.

Additionally, a few posts have been left that were not breaking any rules, but seemed to be genuine questions and answers.
