when i'm angry or just extremely stressed out i tend to keep myself away from people. So i keep myself in my room, listen to music and walk around.
sometimes music has the opposite effect on me and i get even more agitated, and driving when i'm stressed out......i did that once and i ended up almost causing accidents all over the streets! luckily my car didn't get hit or anything.
Oh oh jus be careful Spike. When we r upset or stressed out we lose control.

i admit i was really spontaneous when i was a kid, but i'm more self-controlled now! infact, nowadays i do it deliberately 😳
I take a nap, listen to music, talk to my best friend, I eat too ven I am stressed out!!
its more like I go and lock myself in my room too, switch on my cd player, get some snaks and ven I am done wit them I go to sleep.....
I talk to my best friend if the case is really going crazy...and none of the above helps!
