IMO,none of the debut performances were perfect, they had some shortcomings here and there but from whatever I've seen, for me it's
Janhvi
Sara
Radhika
Banita
Janhvi was a bit off in the beginning but quickly improved with time.Love the way she enacted the whole teasing part with Madhu and I think from pre interval she was really good. And from the Vaara Re song, there was some sudden confidence in her which was lacking in the begining. Loved how she took over and showed the mature side of Parthavi. Some really good nuances with the baby, chai and mithai. But I think one of her strongest points was her chemistry with Ishaan which worked a lot for the story and film. So Dhadak is also my favorite debut film since both the newcomers made the story interesting with their chemistry. Also, she had some fab sceeen presence, especially in the Udaipur portions.
With Sara, what attracted me the most was her arrested presence on screen. Very confident. Very pleasing to the eyes. But her acting looked fake IMO. Not bad but still fake. It looked as if she was immitating Geet from JWM. And her delivery of dialogues also bothered me a lot with that accented hindi. I think she needs to improve in the dramatic scenes and keep it more subtle. Also be in command of her expressions. It was kind of a very filmy acting, like Madhuri. She needs to get out of the Dharma and K3G hangover. Overall, decent to average performance but has a lot of potential.
With Radhika, she was actually good but the problem was Sanya who was oppoosite her. Sanya was so damn good in Patakha and had a very good character arc so everytime eyes were only on Sanya so didn't see Radhika much. Also she was kind of overdoing the jhalli act in the first half and her Rajasthani accent sounded fake and pretentious. But I do think she is quite a hardworking actor. She atleast madr her character look believable according to the setting. Again, like Sara, probably just have a sense of control as to how much to emote and when normal acting becomes overacting.
Then comes Banita. She was perfect for the role given to her and despite the fact that she had to play a girl in a hospital bed for most part of the film, she did make her presence felt onscreen. However she didn't have much dialogues nor was she carrying the major chunk of the film on her shoulders so putting her at the end of the list since I think I need to see more of her to gauge her ability aa an actress.
Haven't seen Gold and Pihu yet so no idea about them.
