In his own words, he got to work with best directors after his fall out with Salman. So I don't think we can blame Salman for vivek's failure. Vivek was very arrogant and combine that with flops and there you have a receipe for disaster career.

Vivek oberoi is known less for his work in movies and his philanthropic acts and more for being the third wheel in Salman-Ash love story. This is really unfortunate because in the initial stages he had a rousing start and a promising career ahead and he failed to capitalize on that with the right attitude and motivation.



I got this letter from the organizers of an award function that I'd won the award for "Company..and then I was told that I shouldn't attend it and later that award was given to someone else...I said I had the letter! I don't know about the superstar thing but I surely liked him after watching Saathiya. He and Rani shared such great chemistry. I thought he would survive for a long time in this industry amidst Khans along with John. But he became unbearable when he started dating Aish. All his interviews during that period are so OTT. That Koffee with Karan episode, the way he way behaving like I don't know what to say. Early success and the fact he was dating the most beautiful woman in the world got into his head. So yeah, I think his attitude and that panga with Salman are both responsible for his downfall.
