Sonam did not attend..

also her wish was very basic

she has wished PC with more depth and also posted story for her too..but did nothing of the sorts for Ranveer or deepika

she also did not attend for reasons best known to her..

Anil also attended just like any other guest..

his wife i didn't even see

now this is definitely not how family participates in a wedding

so much so for claiming ranveer is linked to the kapoor family etc..it definitely shows why he calls himself an outsider..coz they are not at all close..

and going by the thanda response of all of these towards his marriage..it proves it all

would sonam ever not attend arjun's wedding..she will cancel it all..and anil and fam be all over..

yes arjun is first cousin etc

but the way this fam was so cold towards the entire thing proves why ranveer never acknowledged this fam and always called himself an outsider..they are as distant as it gets

apart from Sonam everyone attended and enjoyed the show.

Off topic-but still about the kapoors.

What is Rishi ailing from?

Surprised that after so long,no media outlet has any clue..

When stars these days openly announce their ailments..Why this secrecy ?

I think they expected invitation for wedding and prewedding ceremonies. They didn't expect reception invitation just like any other guests. I remember Ranveer was with Arjun in every Sonam's wedding ceremonies even though it was more open. But didn't get the same in return

Ranveer's mom was there as well (Contrary to popular belief it's actually Ranveer's mom who is Sunita's cousin). Someone on this forum said she had been spotted at Sunita's sister's parties.

I did not see any Ranveer family in Sonam wedding except Ranveer. And the same with anil family. Anil family attended only reception because they got invitation for reception only.

Nothing cold response thing here, they are not that close families. Clearly shows Ranveer is outsider.

In Indian culture, wedding is a big thing. Everyone gets the same return starting from invitation to gifts. My parents remember who gifted what and what to gift in thier kids wedding etc 😆 So its kind of cold from Deepveer even though they have family lineage.

Lol as if it's a huge achievement to be part of Deepveer reception? Those who came enjoyed and left. That's how it should be. Unless it's my first Cousin I couldn't bother if any of my distant relatives don't come to wish. Blessings and wishes from those who chose to attend instead of giving a miss is more than enough. Don't see why this deserved a separate thread, could have whined alongside us in the wedding thread.
