Friends this OS is going to be the last scene or how I expected to close the show. So before writing this let me put forth based on what is shown and what was my idea based on symbolisms, so that you can understand the last scene. I had always felt Zoya will die in the show. The dialogue I will fight for my pride even if it means my last battle, then I will burn to ashes to keep your faith and some other things indicated towards that. So this was how I expected the story to move. After marriage Wasim throws Adiya out of Zosh. Adiya comes to a small new apartment start zosh from there. Roshnaq helps indirectly, Zosh employees also help. Some friends of Adi gives them loan. There are challenges, they manage overcome them. When it looks like things are settling Sakshi comes back. Anjana is accused of Poosh murder. But cleverly HH manages things such a way that, Sakshi is discredited in court and Wasim is found to be the master mind of Poosh murder. This cause a tiff between Adiya. Zoya owes to find truth, Arjun stands by her. Of course even in fight one way or other Adiya is together. Arjun-Zoya investigation reveals Wasim has done financial fraud to destroy Zosh and make Yash bankrupt. Zoya is broken, Adi supports. Finally they come together. Anjana is punished some 8 yrs as it is murder of passion and Wasim is also put in jail for 2 yrs😆😆. Meanwhile everyone know abt Arnoor. Aditya moves to Zoya place asa he doesnt want to leave Roshnaq and Noor alone, takes along Sakshi also ( we know Adiya have big heart😆😆). Then Arnoor marriage happens and she reaches hooda house. Zoya becomes pregnant. Somewhere everyone is happy. Even Anjana and Wasim is happy in prison as they receive good news. HH super happy and wants a grand daughter telling her name will be Aparna whom he can call Appu as he had always kept that name for the daughter he never had. Enter Rajvir. Rajvir for me was not HH son, for me he was brother of HH girlfriend. She had a son in HH who harbors hatred for his father. He joins hands with his uncle and together they create trouble. When truth comes out and HH wants to accept his son Adi loses cool. He doesnt listen to Zoya, gets drunk and well as we know the scenario what is shown in the show happens. He is discovered with bloody knife and HH body and he doesnt remember anything. Zoya believes he has not done anything. Though sceptical at first Arjun finally agrees to help her. Now in advanced stage of pregnancy Zoya runs around. Aditya feels guilty he is not able to do anything for her. Finally Zoya manages to hoodwink Rajvir and get the video where it is shown HH step son has killed him. Plans go awry as Arjun is late to come to police and Rajvir pushes Zoya down the steps. But before he could take video from her Arjun comes. Zoya is taken to hospital where she delivers a baby girl, but suffers serious complications. Adi is discharged and he wants Zoya not to leave him as she battles life and death. Zoya ask for the promise that he will smile even after she is gone. He will take care of their daughter as only in his smile and the baby's smile she will live. She also ask him to fly again. Adi gives her the promise and she dies in his arms peacefully with a smile on her face that her faith on Adi has won that her husband is not a criminal. Now 8 yrs have gone by. Wasim died of heart attack and Sakshi died of cancer. Aditya is a pilot. Arjun manages HH law firm. Noor is in charge of Zosh. Roshnaq and Anjana have their hands full with three naughty kids. Appu who is 8 yr old and Arnoor's two rogue boys Satvik and ritvik 6 yr and 3 yr respectively. Now taking you last part.
" Papa has come " shouted Appu, seeing Adi enter. " Bade Papa where are our gifts from Dubai" shouted Satvik excitedly and the kids ran to hug Adi. Before the kids could push open his briefcase Noor intervened.
" What is this. Have you all finished your homework. Appu finish your maths. Satvik tomorrow you have dictation exam. Ritvik why have you left your painting unfinished. Someone has come tired after a long flight"
" Noor..." Aditya tried to intervene.
" Jeeju. Go have bath, let me keep the dinner ready for u. If you pamper them too much they wont be disciplned" told Noor sternly rolling her eyes at the kids as they walked back to their table. Aditya heard Satvik muttering Ms Angry spring hair regarding his mom to his sister and Appu nodded. He wanted to smile, but controlled as he didnt want Noor to continue her spanking on the kids.
When Aditya came down for dinner full family was there. He looked at his mother who was calm after the jail term. The kids presence had calmed her and she behaved like a woman loved in the family. Roshnaq was always guiding Noor and always took extra care of him. And on most occasions he could see his mother and mother in law fighting among each other on who will pamper him the most and he had to satisfy both.
Today was no different as both placed the dishes they had made for him forcing a heavy dinner on him. After dinner Appu told she wanted to hear story from Papa. Roshnaq told the girl this time Papa has an early international flight the next day so she should allow him to rest.
" Maa in law, I can manage my flight. But whenever I am home I have promised I will tell her stories. She will be with me, " told Adi taking his daughter in his arms and the girl put the arms around him.
Anjana tried to echo Roshnaq feelings but Adi nodded he was taking Appu with him. Soon Aditya was in his room with Appu. He took the story book as Appu jumped in his lap. He started the story of Cindrella. Appu looked at her father wide eyed as he talked about the Cindrella, and as he started talking about the ball dance Cindrella had with the prince unknowingly his eyes filled with tears as he remembered taking Zoya in his arms. He was so lost in story telling that when it reached the Prince searching the girl with the glass shoe he realized Appu has fallen asleep in his lap. He closed the book and gently placed the girl's head on the pillow, covering her with blanket. He looked at the innocent face who had never experienced her mother.
Whenever Adi looked at his daughter's angelic face the guilt came to him. He wanted that night never to happen. After Zoya's death he had not touched alchohol. But he wished he could change the clock, take the time backward and listen to Zoya. If he had she would have been there with him and their daughter. Now tears started streaming down his cheeks.
" Did the prince get his princess". Aditya turned startled hearing the voice and he saw Zoya sitting beside him in the bed.
" You..." he asked. Somewehere he always felt her when his guilt overpowered him. It was like she was telling him she had not gone anywhere.
" Tell the story naa".. now she leaned on his shoulder. Unknowingly Aditya pulled her closer and kissed her forehead continuing the story. He could feel her smile and laugh as he slowly drifted to sleep beside his daughter.
As he woke up next day listening to alarm he only saw Appu. He quickly freshned up. He was the pilot of international flight to Paris. From the time he had resumed his duty as pilot he had not taken an assingment to Europe. Somehow Europe and Paris brought those bitter sweet memories for him. But couple of months back when Appu came with the picture of Eiffel Tower and asked him whether he will go to Paris and get a original picture of him under that tower he had decided he will let go off the past and take the flight.
He kissed his daughter once again and promised her he will back with the picture she wants and next time they will go as a family to Paris.
He was in the cockpit along with co pilot. Flight was getting ready for take off and he heard her voice.
" Finally going to Paris. How much I wanted to go to this place"
" You never wanted to marry a pilot," he teased.
" I had told I never want to marry you, but I married naa," she retorted.
" Aditya what are you murmuring, make the announcement", chirped in the co-pilot bringing him to reality. As he took the microphone he glanced sideways. She smiled at him and planted a soft kiss on his cheeks indicating she was coming with him in that flight to see Paris with him. He smiled back as the flights wheel's started moving in the runway. As the flight soared into the sky his lips unknowingly murmured the lines
" Saasonein ki sar Zameen par barsaat la gaye, ek chapki mein tere so khwab aa gaye. Bepannaah, bepannaah, pyaar hai tumse"
PS: I wanted the original OST to play in the BGM as the flight starts moving in the runway and the screen to freeze with the flight on the air. Pooja's death had grounded him and Zoya's love had enabled him to fly once again.
