I am aware that the show has been given two weeks unless trp rises.
But I'm convinced that at the very least, the actors knew a few episodes before us and so obviously the CVs did too.
And maybe aditya won't misunderstand zoya. Rather he might misunderstand the situation and think that it was him who pushed his wife into such a traumatic situation. He might think that it would be best for zoya if he is not around since he caused her to go through something like that. He may know that nothing happened but might still distance himself because of what had almost happened. The man would beat himself over it. And zoya might be traumatized after the ordeal (whether it happens or not, it would still be traumatizing) and so after the leap we would see a healing process for the two once again (if things go the way I'm predicting)

Where am I going with this?
We got a scene a few episodes back when aditya is opening the lock to the door of the place where they found the pictures of rajveer's family and HH. In that scene, when aditya unlocked the door, at that precise moment zoya's mangalsutra fell. But aditya caught it and placed it around her neck which was where it belonged.
I think the locked door represented the plot Rajveer and his nani had concocted and the secrets they revealed. When he unlocked the door (Pandora's box), zoya's mangalsutra fell from her neck which I believe represents two things: the precap and what it showed and a brief period of separation from aditya.
But ultimately it was aditya who caught the mangalsutra before it could hit the ground. So I don't think anything bad will happen despite the spoilers and precap.
I would have been more confident in my prediction if I knew who was handling the script atm. We do not know to what extent the channel is manipulating the script so I cannot be absolutely sure. I just hope when the mangalsutra scene was shot, they had already decided on this track and knew about the whole 2 weeks thing.
If it was a regular track with no fear of the show being pulled, that's how I imagine things would go. Aditya might not be physically there to stop the things that might happen to zoya but I believe indirectly, he will be the one to save her.
