Alot of people are saying that Kedarnath will flop and it probably will...but honestly, I dont care if the movie works or not. I completely respect Sara for taking such a big risk! She couldve debuted in SOTY-2 or some other grand big daddy project. but she didnt.

Her upcoming films are all with different production houses too. She mixing it up already and I love that. Even if the film fail its fine.

As much as I loved Janhvi in Dhadak - she got slammed because it was a remake, many didnt like her acting and the whole KJO backing her up thing - and then she goes and signs more films under his banner. I heard she has 4 films with Dharma - horrible career move! We all remember what happensed with Preity/Rani when they all did only YRF films.

Sara is being guided well. Lets not forget that most of our biggest actresses have had the most "thanda" starts to their career.

It may seem like Alia/Janhvi are ahead, but the way Dharma is working "for" them - I can tell you that very soon respect will be lost for their "easy breezy career:... I wish Sridevi was here to guide Janhvi bcuz this is not the way!

Ameesha's KNPH was a hit and Kareena Refugee flopped. But we all know how history eventually unfolded. Talent will sustain, and I'm sure if Sara and jhanvi have that talent and X factor, they'll be fine

that is bad example, unlike the other three Amisha wasn't a star kid.
I mean Kareena needed nearly 7 years to establish herself as a star, because despite flops after flops, she was given chance because she was a star kid.

Sara is already leading the way even before her release. Off course choosing Kedarnath is an intelligent decision. Where all star kids chose to debut with the known production houses like a Dharma or a SKF, her choice is already being appreciated given that neither Abhishek Kapooor or Ronnie are close to Saif and family.
And she might come across as jhalli or a carefree but she is anything but naive. Unlike Jahnvi who has been brought up in an extremely protective surrounding, Sara has had a very independent upbringing credit to Amrita and Saif, plus she has foreign degree to her credit. So she very well knows where she is heading. Also no body can deny her good looking genes 😊

It was a genuine question to the thread maker actually. Forum is a very small place but mostly social media reactions and trade reactions till now have been positive...so that's why I asked about the negative reactions...like where did he read them ?

Exactly. Once Amisha's flimed flop there was no where to go... Kareena got chances after chances.
