Blind: Guess who?

A lot has been said about a successful producer leaving it all here to focus on his business venture overseas. Industry insiders are still surprised that he could just wind up his projects and entrust his actor-son with the responsibility of the family company. A source tells us that things were not hunky dory between the baap and beta. Apart from the generation gap, differences in opinion and their working style, the producer was not too pleased with his son getting involved with a married woman. And in the bargain, neglecting the production house's projects and associating with high-risk low-return subjects.

We hear that before giving the charge of his company to his offspring, the producer sat him down for one last chat. However, the actor-son was not too receptive to his father and rather dismissive of his advice from years of experience. Last heard, the son's next project is in jeopardy after a fall-out with the director.
