Post leap episodes are confusing to say the least, it's pretty much evident that they didn't have a script hence they are going with the flow but they are going so so wrong.

1 Comparing Pari with Nandini - After all the actress who played Nandini had to go through, is there even a remote chance that people love Nandini? Even a little chance? Why would they compare Pari with Nandini?
Pari looks like Nandini, that's perfectly fine, that's hereditary but Pari makes rangoli like Nandini, like since when rangoli making is dependent on genes? Don't we all hear all the time that children of greatest actors are pathetic when it comes to acting? Talent is not genetic and a 4 years old, can't do something she wasn't trained for. I don't buy that kunal kept a rangoli tutor for a 4 years old.

2 Kunal being absolved of everything he has done - If you have noticed, EMA angle is not a part of Kunal's past anymore. They are showing that kunal loved Nandini and he was punished by his tyrant family for being with love of his life. EMA is not a part of Kunal's life, EMA is mentioned only when it comes to Mauli. Mauli herself does not blame kunal for his EMA, it's like they want to wipe it from the show.

3 Kunal being forgiven without asking for it - I have to say that kunal is luckiest dog, he doesn't even have to say sorry or regret his wrongdoings. He gets forgiven because people need him. I don't understand what's so good about this man that people need him or love him.
He has not been faithful to a single person in his life (When I say person, I am limiting it to humans, Nandini and Pari are divine).

4 Radhika being a 2 faced bitch - Don't mind me saying this but this woman is so fake, have you noticed her expressions when Mauli is not watching? Then she is completely different in front of Mauli.
The reason might be the fact that she loves Kunal but Mauli is their bread and butter, she doesn't know about Nandini's death so Kunal coming back to them to take care of them is not a safe bet. But once she would know that Nandini is out of the picture, I bet she will forget Mauli

5 Mauli and Mishti - I had expected their relationship will be good but all I see here is that there's no relationship between them. They don't have scenes. I don't like this portrayal of working women when there are so many working women on the show.

@red: I feel Radhika is judged way too harshly every time. No matter what she does, whether being mad at Nandini, whether asking Mouli to give her marriage a chance and now when she shows little lover for her son.

The way Radhika has been portray till now has been very realistic. More so than Mouli at times. She is the only one who is showing different emotions and struggling with her conflicting feelings. She loves her son but she also loves Mouli. She also has a strong moral compass which is why she doesn't just justify everything with "maa ka pyaar". She cursed Nandini out of anger, but seeing Pari motherless isn't gonna make her happy, because now she sees a child without her mother.

You cant expect a mother to "unlove" her son. All she can do is not support Kunal in his misdeeds, which she hasn't. I love that makers didn't just go the "my son made mistakes and I hate him forever". That would have been too unrealistic. She never not loved Kunal , not even when she asked him to leave the house. Then the pain and betrayal was too great. But now with times wounds have healed and she is happy to see her son back.
I wish other characters were shown to similiar conflicting feelings. In fact, if KuNan had been shown to have half the emotional turmoil that Radhika is having, that would have them way less pukeworthy.

exactly my point..
radhika is an ideal for mother in laws .. at least so far she is great.. dida was childish. but i feel even she was very realistic .. old age people behave that way only..
i too think that when mauli is pushed a little bit by these ladies they get unnecessary hate..

From the very begining, the direction/acting/script has been at odds with the story the writers wanted to tell.

The writers wanted to show a stor of EMA just happening. No ones fault. Love happene. No one is a villan if it does.

But for that, the circumstances of the affair would have to be very different.

The story totally fell through the cracks.

Radhika and Dida should not be mad at Kunal for cheating on Mauli, that's Mauli's issue. Kunal left them for Nandini, it's not like they chose Mauli because they did keep asking her to bring Kunal back but simply he left them without any resource or income. He never showed any signs of coming back, he just called her to wish Diwali, even exes are not so insensitive as to do this
"Ma mai to mast Diwali mana raha hu meri nayi wife ke sath, Waise meri purani wife and apki nayi caretaker achi to hai na?"

Who does that?
After all this Radhika has every right to forgive Kunal but ye faltu ke sneaky expressions when Mauli is around is not setting with me.
Don't cheat on Mauli, love anyone you want to just tell her, she did ask them to continue meeting Kunal if they want, Radhika gave those weird expressions but told Mauli that she won't meet Kunal.
Then she again did it when Mauli asked them to not tell Kunal about Mishti, in tonight's episode when Ishaan said he won't let Kunal come around Mauli, she gave those expressions.
Go to Kunal, he needs a nanny anyway
Just leave Mauli alone

If the writers had shown some problems in Mauli and kunals marriage or some dissatisfaction...but they didn't ..Mauli and Kunal appeared to have a great emotional and sexual relationship..basically they appeared to be in love and happy together. Then Nandini appears with her sad story...Mauli takes such good care of her and suddenly one day Kunal sees her looking all sexy and likes her cooking and wham bam ..thank you ma'am...he's no longer in love with his wife and wants nandini and that ungrateful Nandini decides to take him with open arms without a thought or care for her friend who'd done so much for her ...how can anyone be fine with this beside the cheating couple. A man can't just duscard his good and decent wife like trash because he's happ with her replacement. MarrIage does not work like that...no women signs up for that kind of treatment when we marry ...the writers were crazy if they thought we were going to happily enjoy seeing that immorality. There was a Karan Johar film years ago called Khabi Alvida Na Kehna. It started SRK, rani and preity and abhishek. It was also about EMA...but here the couples were shown to be unhappy in their marriage. SRK had major issues about his competence and self esteem And rani wasn't really in love with her husband ..so they have an EMA. But they didn't want to leave their spouses ...they told their spouses about the affair in the hope of being forgiven and giving their marriages a second chance ..but they were both kicked out by their spouses . But still out of guilt they don't contact each other again until they meet by chance ..then get together and marry. But in that film we could understand why the EMA happened so we didn't hate the couple . Although there were some objections by people and Karan johar was asked at a conference why he made such a movie .. and here in silsila the EMA was so cold and heartless . Mauli did no wrong but Kunal treated her so badly .also it didn't make sense because one day Kunal was in love with his wife and the next day he was in love with his nandu. So it was very hard to understand Nd accept the cheating couples love ..

Jumping on the Radhika defense wagon. She has been perfect so far. I like that she has one face for Mauli and another in secret. That's not two faced, that's human. She is a mother who kept her son away from her for years because he left Mauli. She sacrificed a lot and she is allowed to feel conflicted emotions. I know my mother wouldn't disown my brother if he cheated. Sure she would be ashamed but she won't disown him. What Radhika did was extraordinary.
And saying they kept Mauli for bread and butter is just pure assumption and probably a false one on top of that. First Kunal didn't leave his mother and Dida, he would never do that. That's just not his character. He left his marriage. If Radhika and Dida wanted they could've kept him and Kunal would've supported him the same way he supported Nandini. Also the Malhotras don't really seem poor.

bold -- this.!! this is really sad that they are judged to this extent. i mean we all know if they wanted bread butter than the kunal malhotra was the best optiom for them. he was their only son. and i am sure they had no plans for keeping mauli with them after her marriage..

blue -- ditto.! what she did was beyond ordinary.. she supported mauli when she had none. not even her own family.. i can never hate radhika or even dida..
i rather salute them for being so strong even when they met kunal for the first time after leap..
i dont know what thwy have for us in future but till today they are lovely
